Arches Boxing is the KO Boxing Academy amateur boxing team in Bethnal Green, East London. We are affiliated with Sport England Boxing. We concentrate on the skills and principles needed for amateur boxing. Our programme is made to give you the required training and direction, whether you're a seasoned athlete seeking to improve your abilities or a novice interested in progressing to compete. 

Our goal is to assist you in improving your footwork, technique, strength, and stamina. A practical and organised approach to amateur boxing is provided in this course, with a focus on self-discipline and skill improvement.
