Learning to box is an exciting journey that combines physical fitness, mental discipline, and the art of self-defense. Whether this is your first time or you have been away from this sport for quite some time, it is always good to rebuild the foundation before proceeding into a class with bad habits, inexperience, or low confidence.
On the left is a diagram of routes to take if you wish to progress further, and below are checklists you can use as well as a self-assessment form to use as an outcome measure to visualise your progress.

BOOT CAMP
Train twice a week for 12 weeks with Professional Coaches (experienced, qualified and friendly)and learn a new skill. Suitable for complete beginners. On successful completion you will be invited to next level course.

INTERCLUB
DEFINITION
Non-decision controlled technical skills bout, in a safe controlled friendly atmosphere.
SUITABLE FOR
Level 2 and level 3 competitiors.
PURPOSE
Experience the whole fight process: warm up, competing in front of a crowd (spectators, friends, family); dealing with pre fight nerves; taking and applying ringside instructions from the corner. Gives your coach the opportunity to assess your ability, pregress strengths, and areas to work on.
