WOMEN'S ONLY BOXING
Women's classes are available to ONLY WOMEN of any experience and skill level. Run by Ruqsana Begum, a professional boxer and intercontinental champion, she set up the class to ‘cater towards empowering women from all walks of life and giving them a positive experience. The classes run every Sunday (12-1pm).
The classes are segregated with NO MALE involvement and made to increase confidence, enhance physical and mental health, and enable the practice of the sport in a safe environment. Classes include partner drills, pad work, fitness, stretching, and boxing training. They are thoughtfully designed to promote easy growth in boxing and teach both fitness-related and self-defence abilities.
